Join the Worcester Chamber of Commerce for an informational session and panel discussion on the proposed rent control ballot question, hosted in partnership with Housing for Massachusetts, the lead coalition opposing the measure.
Panelists include:
- Massachusetts Senator Michael Moore
- Massachusetts Representative Joseph McKenna
- Jackson Restrepo, Real Estate Investor and Founding Partner of Restrepo Properties, LLC
- Erin Zamarro, Real Estate Investor and Board Member of MassLandlords, Inc.
Conor Yunits, Chair of the Housing for Massachusetts coalition, will moderate the panel and provide a brief overview on how the proposed 2026 ballot question would impose the nation’s most restrictive and damaging statewide rent control mandate across ALL 351 cities and towns in the Commonwealth.
