During this unprecedented time every aspect of our lives is being impacted in numerous, profound ways. Anxiety and related mental health issues have increased by nearly 25% across gender and ethnicity. Mental health and substance problems are unavoidable effects and communities, companies, and schools are grappling with ways to provide support.
In the workplace, “checking their baggage at the door” is no longer an option for workers. We must engage in an honest, productive conversation about mental health and substance abuse. This panel will review how to address behavioral health through both practical and sustainable actions. Presenters will provide a framework for understanding anxiety and stress and offer tools and strategies to help workers cope and develop resilience.
Presenters:
Kyrah Altman, CEO and Co-Founder
