QCC Soft Skills Workshop, Conflict Resolution
Conflict at work is inevitable, so learn how to dealt with it in this highly interactive workshop. Participants will explore types of conflict, identify common resolution styles and learn effective intervention strategies. The result will be more effective communication for a more congenial and productive work environment.
