Seminar Series: Performance Management
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Managing the performance of employees is one of the key responsibilities of a supervisor or manager.
Studies show that improperly managed work groups are 50% less productive than their well-managed counterparts. Performance management is an ongoing process – not something done at the beginning and end of the year when setting and reviewing goals.
To get the most out of your team, you must engage them by providing proper feedback, coaching, goal setting, and communication.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE
• How to set effective goals for your team
• How to improve your communication with your team
• How to build trust and a business relationship
• How to deliver proper feedback to improve performance
• Using development to improve employee performance
