I am Alero Emily Aikhuele, MHS. A Program Manager at Community Health Awareness Network Grows Equity (CHANGE), an immigrant-led nonprofit organization in Worcester. I lead community programs that advance health equity through culturally responsive education, outreach, preventive health services, youth leadership development, and assistance with accessing healthcare and health insurance. As a member of the Leadership Worcester Class of 2026, I strengthened my commitment to collaborative leadership and gained a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, and opportunities shaping our city. I am passionate about building meaningful partnerships, empowering immigrant and underserved communities, and helping create a healthier, more inclusive Worcester where every individual and family has the opportunity to thrive.
