You'll leave with practical tools to strengthen relationships\, foster psychological safety\, support workforce well-being\, and build environments where both professionals and the people they serve can thrive.\n\nThis training is open to social workers\, mental health counselors\, marriage and family therapists\, substance use professionals\, case managers\, housing professionals\, healthcare professionals\, nonprofit leaders\, supervisors\, managers\, and students entering the helping professions.\n\nApproved for 6 CE hours for Massachusetts licensed social workers. Participants from other disciplines are welcome to attend\, but CE approval has only been obtained for Massachusetts social workers.
