She has twelve years of experience in grant research\, application and administration. She has secured and managed grant funding from state\, federal\, and private sources. Her past experience includes the Worcester Public Schools grants office\, providing support on hundreds of proposals and awards for a school district serving approximately 25\,000 students annually. As the first grant writer for the Middle District Attorney's Office\, she designed the office's grant procedures from the ground up\, while working with staff to build capacity and establish funding priorities and goals.
