Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.\n\n \n\n#Justshowup\, make new friends\, get outside\, stay fit\, and populate social media with cool pics of yourself.\n\n\n\nThis is a part of the Chamber's #Elevate series for young professionals. #ElevateYourNetwork  \n\n \n\nAbout The November Project \n\n \n\nThe November Project  started in Boston in 2011 as a weekly free grass roots fitness workout for a group of friends who wanted to stay in shape and have fun with a group during the cold winter months.
