Attendees will learn what the YSBC @ BC (the only one in the country) is all about\, and services and resources we provide to area businesses\, as well as local initiatives in our immigrant community.  We invite you to come and meet members of the YSBC Advisory Board and explore ways you may choose to be involved or collaborate with us.\n\nTo register:  debra.pallatto-fontaine@becker.edu\n\n \n\nAbout the presenter: \n\nDr. Debra Pallatto-Fontaine is the Executive Director for Global Initiatives and the Yunus Social Business Centre @ Becker College and is responsible for all global projects. She is a global humanitarian\, professor and social business champion. Debra helped develop and launch the first-ever social enterprise at Be Like Brit\, a nonprofit in Haiti\, by executing a training program that generated job opportunities and social good. Be Like Brit is now one of the largest employers in rural Haiti\, bringing a sustainable lifestyle to more than 100 employees. Debra regularly presents social business strategy and case studies at professional conferences\, including the 2016 and 2017 Social Business Academia Conference in Paris.
