DESCRIPTION:Recharge and Flow Yoga Yoga will run rain or shine. If it is raining or too cold yoga will be held in one of our well-ventilated indoor classrooms. Masks are required during your practice Wednesdays 12:00-1:00PM *Pre-registration is required Max Participants: 10 people Instructor: Mandi Garrison Enjoy a midweek\, mid-day yoga break with a mindful all-levels vinyasa flow and meditation surrounded by nature. Please bring your own mat and any needed props. Mandi is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi's background begins with the rich practices of Iyengar\, Vinyasa\, Yin\, Restorative\, and Kundalini yoga -- and expands to specialize in intuitive sequencing\, seasonal yoga practices\, yoga for special populations\, and guiding pranayama\, meditation\, and relaxation.
