Moschos\, an attorney with Seder & Chandler\, LLP is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers\, he serves as labor counsel for various private and public employers in Massachusetts\, regularly advising employers on labor and employment law issues\, conducting more than 600 labor negotiations in both the public and private sectors.\n\nHe participated in drafting the Massachusetts Labor Statute\, and he drafted the State Collective Bargaining Statute for Police and Fire. Mr. Moschos is a founder and former management chair of the State Joint Labor Management Committee (Dunlop Committee). He is one of the founders of the Worcester County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee and was awarded with the WCBA's Distinguished Service Award  by the Bar Association.\n\nHe is the recipient of the 2013 Cushing-Gavin Labor-Management Counsel Award and was recognized by the International City Management Association (ICMA) with an Honorary Membership in ICMA\, awarded to private sector individuals distinguished public service and contributions to the improvement and strengthening of local government.\n\nHuman Resource Executive Magazine and Lawdragon have recognized Mr. Moschos as one of the "Top 500 Corporate Employment Attorneys in the United States" and was elected to their Human Resources Hall of Fame \n\nMr. Moschos also is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America  2021 in the fields of Employment Law   Management\, and Labor Law   Management.
