DESCRIPTION:Missed the first seminar? We're presenting it again...don't miss out!\n\n\n\nSeminar will provide an update on the new Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act and its new regulations\, as well as a review of the Trump Administration's new overtime regulations.\n\nThe seminar will review the statutory provisions regarding the State's Family and Medical Leave Act\, which provides for paid medical leave of up to twenty weeks per year and paid family leave of up to twelve weeks per year.  The seminar will review the requirements for businesses to comply with the law and the new regulations implementing the law.  This law applies to all businesses regardless of size\, and almost all employees are eligible for benefits under this law. \n\nIn addition\, the seminar will give an overview of the Trump Administration's proposed regulations on overtime\, which replace the Obama Administration's regulations which were enjoined by the Federal Court.  These regulations will apply to both businesses and public entities. \n\n\n\nThis seminar will also report on the status of filing with EEOC of the EEOC 1 form.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresenters:\n\nDemitrios M.
