The meeting will include the election of officers and directors of the Chamber as well as an update on the Chamber's Recruit, Retain and Incubate agenda.
The Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce is thrilled that our keynote speaker this year is Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito. As a Central Massachusetts resident, Lt. Gov. Polito has been a strong voice for the region on a number of important economic development issues and projects such as The Reactory, Polar Park, the Worcester Regional Airport and continued improvements to the commuter rail. As Lt. Governor, she has also been the administration?s point person with municipal officials and a statewide leader on STEM education and training. Working closely with Governor Baker, she has pushed hard to build more housing across the Commonwealth.

COVID precautions
* Subject to change
We are working hard to ensure that you have a safe and comfortable experience at our annual meeting. As of now, we are planning to convene in person, and we are monitoring the health and safety protocols provided by the CDC, state and city government as they relate to COVID-19. We are reaching out to let you know what safety measures we have in place for the conference.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated. ?Fully vaccinated? means that an individual has received the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series (Pfizer, Moderna) or a single dose vaccine from Johnson & Johnson/Janssen) by November 19, 2021.
Here?s what we are doing to protect your health and peace of mind so you can enjoy the annual meeting and each other:
-
Requiring masks for all attendees except when eating or drinking
-
Requiring all attendees be vaccinated
-
Requiring attendees to stay home if they have any symptoms or do not meet the current restrictions for travel etc.
-
Working with the venue to have multiple hand sanitizer stations
-
The DCU Center has added ionization improvement to the air handling systems in the building
This is a very fluid time, and it is important that we all understand that health and safety protocols may change based on local, national and global circumstances. The Chamber will make every effort to keep conference participants informed of any changes.
