Alzheimer's Awareness Night at the Worcester Bravehearts
June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month! The more people who know about Alzheimer's, the more action we inspire. The Worcester County Walk to End Alzheimer's Teams come together for an evening of fundraising, baseball and fun! It's also Bark in the Park night, so bring along your furry friends.
