Opacum Land Trust

Opacum Land Trust - Your local land trust - protecting almost 2,000 acres of land in our 13-town service area stretching from Southbridge to West Brookfield and Monson to Charlton.

Please join us to meet the Opacum Land Trust Board of Directors and learn about our new bike event - TourOpacum, Ride for Land Conservation. Last year our first TourOpacum drew 91 riders and our goal is to grow into a major regional bike event, drawing hundreds of riders to Sturbridge and the Opacum service area. Many riders commented on how beautiful this part of the region is. Working with our partners Rapscallion Brewery, Hyland Orchard and Southbridge Bicycles, Opacum Land Trust seeks to enhance the quality of life in our communities while protecting important habitat and open space for the benefit of wildlife and the public.
