ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Jacqueline Croft, Fraud Analyst
Jacqui Croft has been in the field of banking for 10 years. As the Fraud Analyst at Country Bank, she is responsible for maintaining the Bank’s Identity Theft Prevention Program. She monitors and investigates fraud across multiple product lines and educates customers and employees about fraud trends. She is a member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IFACI) and has a Certificate in Fraud Prevention from the American Banker’s Association.
