With over 30% of Massachusetts residents still unvaccinated, many companies are considering moving to a vaccine mandate to make their work places safer for other employees and clients. While the Federal Government is currently working on a mandate for companies with a over 100 employees, many are still unsure about the laws that govern employers with less than 100 employees. Further, what exemptions exists and what kind of documentation will be required to fall under an exemption.
Please join us this very important and timely discussion with Dr. Richard Ellison of UMass Memorial and Labor and Employment Attorney D.M. Moschos of Seder Law as we dig into the health implications and law surrounding a vaccine mandate.
