Celebrate the Holidays at The EcoTarium

December brings an abundance of colorful lights, chilly weather, and over 21 globally recognized holidays. But what makes this part of the year so special? We’ll dive deep into the science of winter together on December 24, when the EcoTarium is open for FREE between 10:00 and 3:00.

Explore winter from every angle with seasonal programs and hands-on activities, then experience our newly upgraded planetarium!

Members can enjoy a free planetarium program throughout the day. Tickets will be available first-come, first-served until the showtime is sold out. Non-members can purchase tickets at the Information Desk or the kiosk on the middle level of the museum.

Members will also receive an additional 10% off their usual discount in the museum gift store. That’s 20% total savings for members!

Even if you’re not a member, admission is FREE for everyone—from Worcester and beyond!

There is always something new happening both on our grounds and inside the museum building. For maximum fun, experience one of our daily planetarium programs* or take a ride on the Explorer Express Train* (weather dependent).

• 2:15 pm — Astronomy Live! Tour of the Solar System (Educator-led program in the planetarium)*
