Roberta Brien
As the Vice President of Projects for the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC), Roberta has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and project management. Before joining the WBDC in 2004, Roberta was employed by the Commonwealth as a project manager to the Division of Capital Asset Management's Office of Real Estate. Roberta planned for the reuse and development of large state hospital properties as well as the sale and lease of smaller properties throughout the Commonwealth to private citizens and businesses.

The Connect for Success Group meets from 7:15 am to 9 am the first and third Friday of every month at the Chamber’s offices – or a mutually agreed upon location.
Referrals should be businesses you have a personal connection with and are willing to share with a member of the group.
If you cannot make a meeting, it is strongly
encouraged that you send someone from your
organization in your place so as not to jeopardize your eligibility. If a member misses 3 meetings within 6 months, he/she is automatically placed
on the wait-list so that a new member may join.

Fees/Admission
There is a wait-list, in certain professions, for positions to open up in the group.
Enrollment is offered throughout the year (pending available space).
Because of the exclusivity of industries, space is limited to non-competing companies on a first-come, first-served basis.
