Topics will include an overview of housing development in the city of Worcester, an update on housing policy and recently signed Affordable Homes Act, and a summary of funding programs available to support affordable housing stock creation including but not limited to the Equitable Development Fund, Worcester's Affordable Housing Trust Fund and the expansion of the Commonwealth's Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP).
