We will be hosting a panel discussion about Mixed Income Housing Creation in Gateway Cities featuring, Michael O'Brien, Executive Vice President at Winn Development, Timothy Reardon, Chief of Data and Research at Executive office of Housing and Livable Communities, and Ron Bourque, AIA, CEO of Integrity Modular Design and Construction.
Topics will include an overview of the Commonwealth's first ever Statewide Housing Plan, key aspects of the plan aimed at unlocking additional supply, a discussion around active development projects in the city of Worcester, and new construction techniques being leveraged to continue to create more housing stock for all income levels in an elevated interest rate environment.
