Have you ever struggled with creating a scope of work for a client?

What about struggling with "scope creep?"  What do you do when a client asks for something that is not in the agreement?

This workshop will help you write scopes of work and also review strategies for dealing with "scope creep."  We will look at exemplar scopes of work, practice writing scopes of work, discuss scope creep, and discuss strategies for dealing with scope creep.  There will also be time in small groups for role playing or discussing scenarios.  Finally, we will provide space and time for Q&A.
