Bo Menkiti is the Founder and CEO of The Menkiti Group, a nationally recognized real estate company committed to transforming lives, careers, and communities through a double bottom line of financial returns and social impact.

Since founding the firm in 2004, Bo has overseen $400MM of investment and more than 4.7M SF of real estate development, with over 3.5M SF currently in the pipeline, including catalytic projects across the Mid-Atlantic and New England. Through the Obsidian Catalyst Fund, he is advancing access to capital for minority developers nationwide.
 
He is also the Founder of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), the largest black-owned brokerage firm in the U.S., which produced over $30B in sales under his 20-year leadership. He has been recognized nationally by Ernst & Young as EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Developer of the Year by DCBIA, honored as CEO of the Year by Washington Business Journal and named to the industry-coveted Swanepoel Power 200 List multiple years.
