Essential Business Skills Workshop-Funded by the Direct Access for Small Business Grant
This workshop is an essential for learning proper workplace etiquette and will explore the social and emotional competencies needed to become a valuable member of a work team. Skills such as flexibility, critical thinking and resourcefulness will be emphasized.In addition, participants will learn proper business communications in the form of emails and work groups.
