Flying Dreams Set to Take Off with Grand Opening of its Tap Room and Brewery Highlighting two refined, locally crafted ales, Flying Dreams opens its doors for an authentic local tasting experience. WORCESTER, Mass. ? November XX, 2015 ? Flying Dreams Brewing Co., a Worcester-based brewery co-located with Italian restaurant and Worcester main-stay Peppercorns, is proud to announce the grand opening of its tap room and brewery, located at 455B Park Ave. in Worcester, Mass. Dates and Times: ? Friday, November 20th ? 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. ? Saturday, November 21st ? 12:00 to 10 p.m. The two-day event will feature two of its locally crafted ales ? "Dreaming of Summer" and "Nightcrawler" ? both of which are brewed on-site, each undergoing a longer and more refined brewing process than their contemporaries. These ales are packed with flavor and go down smooth. Flying Dreams? "Dreaming of Summer" is an American-style Saison, known to many in the brewing community as a ?Farm House Ale?, has historical Belgian origins and is typically brewed in the cooler months of the year, while Flying Dreams? "NIghtcrawler" is an American-style Dark Ale woven from dark malts ? and popping with hops. While the roots of each beer are quite different, they hold true to one principle: each ale is brewed with great care and craftsmanship ? with a longer brewing process than other craft ales. ?When I began brewing beer it was a hobby, but once I peeled away the layers of the process ? the craft ? it became my passion,? said Dave Richardson, Flying Dreams Brewery Co.?s Founder and Brewmaster. ?I decided that if I?m going to do this, I?m going to do it right. I earned a Master's Degree in Brewing Science and Engineering from UC Davis, from there I went on to co-own the well-respected Gardner Ale House for almost a decade, and then decided it was my time. My vision was to take traditional brewing techniques and give them a twist ? my twist. I?ve done that and I can?t wait to share these beautiful ingredients and flavors with this community.?
