From Half-Baked to Validated: An Ideation Workshop
In this hands-on workshop led by experienced founders and venture development experts, Venture Forum will guide you through a proven process to identify and test the core assumptions underpinning your venture concept, move beyond gut feelings and gain the clarity needed to build a customer-driven business.
If you have a nascent idea or an early-stage startup, you'll leave with a foundational roadmap to:
- Uncover untested assumptions that could be hindering your progress, such as misinterpreting the primary customer pain point or overlooking the practical steps required for customers to adopt your solution and realize its value.
- Deeply understand your target audience and what truly drives their decisions, moving beyond leading questions to uncover their core needs and existing workflows.
Develop a practical customer development strategy to gather real-world validation and ensure your venture aligns with genuine market demand.
