Hand Sewn Balsam Fir Sachet This program will be held indoors in one of our well-ventilated classrooms. Group size will not exceed current state restrictions. Friday, January 15, 2020 1:00-3:30PM Max Participants: 10 Instructor: Suzanne Hauerstein Bring the scent of the forest indoors for the winter! Using hand sewing and embroidery techniques students will make a fabric sachet to fill with fresh- scented balsam fir needles to use in a drawer, closet or for home décor. Students will decorate the sachet with simple hand embroidered designs, buttons, ribbons, and beads. All materials are included. Suzanne Hauerstein is a professional teaching artist and the Coordinator of Volunteer & Intern Services at Tower Hill. She has over 25 years of experience designing and facilitating art-based programs for informal learning environments. Suzanne is committed to creating programs that are accessible, positive, and enjoyable learning experiences for students of all ages and abilities. Single class scheduled on 1/15/2021 at 1:00PM
