Healthcare Roundtable-Wellness and Nutrition with YWCA
Please join us for this important Healthcare Roundtable with the YWCA to talk about nutrition and wellness. As we are coming out of COVID, we have learned that health wellness and good nutrition will help us build immunities and help combat illness.
Healthy food and active living have positive effects on community wellness and this continues to be true even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Join the YWCA of Central Massachusetts’ Wellness and Health Equity Department as we present on how we are helping to keep our communities healthy with nutrition, fitness and aquatics programing.
Jermoh Kamara, Director of Wellness and Health Equity and her team will be teaching us best practices and options we have right here in central Massachusetts.
Jermoh Kamara is a public health professional, working as the Director of Wellness and Health Equity at the YWCA of Central Massachusetts with over 7 years of experience in international and national, and community health.
