HR Roundtable: The power of Authenticity to Create an Inclusive Culture
This talk is an invitation for leaders to understand the power of authenticity. How effective would it be to let go of our list of expectations and welcome all individuals for who they are and what they have to offer in the workplace? When we allow and embrace diverse and genuine behavior our employees stop pretending and start living their best moments at work. Encouraging authenticity is a mind shifting strategy to increase employee engagement, promote a positive culture, and achieve outstanding results in today’s work climate.
Understanding individuality and authenticity in the workplace offers leaders a new approach to develop and retain talent while building a strong and intentional culture.
Employees can deliver their best results when they are engaged and comfortable in their own skin. The concept of culture is a lot more than having ping pong tables and fancy coffee makers. It is not about what we do as a company but how we do it.
The audience will walk away with actionable steps to improve the way their teams operate.
We will also cover basic sensitivity patterns that should be avoided to have a real DEI strategy in the workplace.
We will cover:
• Microaggression and bias awareness
• The 3 pillars to create a positive culture during the “Great Resignation”
• Talking the Talk and Walking the Walk on DEI
