Join CEO, Lead Yourself Youth Founder and Leadership Coach, Andrea Bordenca in a facilitated community learning conversation.
Why join? Many administrators, educators and team leaders experience isolation, fatigue and unhealthy habits due to burn out. What begins as service to others may lead to sacrifice, putting self-care on hold.
During this facilitated learning, we will take the time to explore our habits, interpretations and intentions so we can practice and model self-care. The take-away will be actions and practices that we can each walk away with to start build the habitual pattern of self-care.
