Come to Fun at Five on May 7th where a costumed historian will greet you at the Visitor Center entrance and guide you to the Bullard Tavern. Chamber attendees will be the only ones in the Village after hours! Guests will enjoy some tasty food options while toasting to the upcoming summer months with Rapscallion Honey Pale Ale and other refreshing beverages at a full cash bar. Join us for this wonderful spring evening as we mingle, network and catch up with our members and friends. Alternatives For Health Herbal Apothecary
Owner Salli Greene began her herbal career with a cart in Quincy Market in Boston in 1977, where she sold live herb plants and home products. Salli moved back to Sturbridge in 2001 and, in 2004, she took a 10-month herbal class that introduced her to the world of medicinal herbs. It was a life changing experience. She learned there is nothing more wonderful than making products for your family’s health. Salli continued studies with Rosemary Gladstar and other herbalists and now teaches Rosemary’s 10-month Herbal Apprenticeship.

Salli’s shop, Alternatives For Health, carries dried bulk herbs, teas and bath products, herbal products and blends for health, essential oils, flower essences, homeopathy, supplies, gifts, and much more. With this shop, Salli’s love of herbs has really come full circle and she enjoys being there and meeting with customers. The goal at Alternatives For Health Herbal Apothecary is to provide quality products and services to help you get and stay healthy. Salli’s greatest joy is to educate the consumer and have them make their own health products.
