Kellie Hamilton, BSN, RN and Holistic Nutritionist, owner of A Better Path to Wellness, will discuss the nutrition needed to fuel your body through hormonal shifts and support energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.
Kelly Tull, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Sexuality Counselor, owner of Venus Collective, will walk through care plan options that may be right for you, including prescriptions, labs, hormone replacement therapy, and follow-up care.
