The Organizational Culture Consultant Accelerated Program is a one day immersive, in person experience designed for professionals who want to build practical skills to assess, influence, and redesign culture without a long time commitment.

Join Adriana Vaccaro, CEO of Culture Redesigned and a seasoned organizational culture consultant and executive coach, for a hands on learning experience grounded in behavioral science, neuroscience, systems thinking, and equity principles.

During the session, participants will diagnose culture gaps using a behavior based approach, map values to observable behaviors so culture becomes actionable, and practice leading courageous culture conversations at all levels while strengthening their consulting and coaching presence.

Participants will work directly with Culture Redesigned’s proprietary tools including the Culture Blueprint, Trust Map, and Milestone Coaching and leave with practical methods they can apply immediately in their organizations or client work.

Your registration includes one full day of in person training, a Culture Minded deck of cards, a consultant workbook, a full behavioral profile, access to a library of tools and resources, and two one to one coaching sessions with a certified coach. Participants earn 24 SHRM PDCs in one day.
