Women are reshaping the future of construction, manufacturing, and other male-dominated fields—and their stories deserve the spotlight. This panel brings together trailblazing women who are breaking stereotypes, building careers, and leading teams in industries where women remain underrepresented.
Through honest discussion, panelists will reflect on their career paths, key turning points, obstacles they’ve overcome, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Attendees will gain practical advice, motivation, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to thrive in these industries.
