The Benjamin on Franklin multifamily hosing development will deliver 364 apartment homes within a five-story building, offering more than 80,000 square feet of premium amenities. Thirty-six residences are allocated as affordable, available to households earning up to 60 percent of the area’s median income. Apartment options include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans, all featuring private balconies or courtyards, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings, and energy-efficient appliances.
Wednesday August 26th President and CEO of GoVenture Capital Group, Brendan Gove, one of the project’s joint venture partners will join us to share an update on the $120 million milestone project, his outlook in the current market, and discuss details around the firms’ project pipeline.

Brendan has over 10 years of experience from the construction and commercial real estate industry and leads all project transactional activities, project planning, asset acquisition, leasing, permitting, due diligence, and debt and equity capitalization.
He earned his bachelors and masters degrees in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
