Reimagining Customer Experience in the COVID-19 Era FREE Workshop
The coronavirus has dramatically altered human interactions forcing businesses to re-imagine customer experiences. Agile businesses are finding ways to infuse virtual and/or in-person (yet socially distanced) customer experiences with a human touch. Care, creative thinking, and new technologies can address customers' needs today, and forge stronger relationships that endure. Learn the best practices for delivering and managing high quality customer experiences in the COVID-19 era, and how to consider the transformed behavioral and emotional needs of your customers as you adapt your operations to our new reality. Workshop is led by Steve Dorval, Worcester State's Entrepreneur in Residence, and former Head of Innovation at John Hancock and CEO of Twine, a fintech startup.
Workshop Presentation will be approximately 1 hour with an optional additional 30 minutes after the presentation reserved for questions and answers with the Instructor.
