Roundtable: AI to Automate and Scale Your Business
This free, interactive roundtable is designed for founders and small business owners who want to discover how AI can be leveraged to support day-to-day operations and help their business scale.
You can expect a hands-on, Q&A-driven working session that starts by aligning on how you currently understand and use AI, then quickly moves into your business workflows. Together, we’ll surface bottlenecks and identify practical, business-specific AI use cases that can automate tasks, streamline systems, and support growth. The goal is for you to walk away with clearer direction on where AI fits into your business and tangible ideas you can apply immediately.
Hosted by Christian Lopez, founder of Autom8, who works directly with founders and small business owners to implement AI-powered systems that support day-to-day operations and scale their businesses.
No technical background is required. Come prepared with a solid understanding of your current workflows.
Christian Lopez is a tech founder, builder, and speaker focused on creating AI tools that make life and business simpler for real people. A Bronx native with a deep passion for community, he leads Echo Labs, Autom8 New England, YardTask, and several early-stage platforms designed to help small businesses, cities, venues, and everyday consumers get more done with less friction.
Christian’s work spans AI automation, crowd-powered experiences, and text-first platforms that connect people to what they need instantly. Through Autom8, he works directly with founders and operators to design AI-powered systems across sales, intake, project management, and operations, helping businesses scale without adding complexity. Current projects include BasiFly, RBH Construction’s AI-powered project management system, TextToBook, YardTask, and custom AI sales and internal operations tools.
He is also the founder of Echo Labs, an AI-powered engagement platform activated at live events and brand experiences, and DrillDeck, a SaaS platform for youth sports organizations. His products have been deployed across community organizations, coworking spaces, and tech and startup conferences.
Christian was selected to compete in TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200 and is active in the Startup Worcester ecosystem, where he regularly mentors founders and leads hands-on AI workshops focused on real workflows and real use cases.
Whether he’s speaking publicly about practical AI, guiding teams through innovation, or supporting community programs across New England and New York, Christian leads with clarity and a bias toward action. He is committed to building technology that removes bottlenecks, creates opportunity, and proves what’s possible when AI serves people first.
