This workshop will help participants understanding the nuances of a multigenerational workforce and find a way to help them work together in a productive manner. From Boomers who are generally optimistic to the Gen Xers who are pragmatic and skeptical of leadership, you’ll hear how these groups can come together with the tech savvy Millennials, who seek work-life balance and value innovation, to
become a successful and creative team.
Teams are made up of individuals with a shared goal. Learn how to build your organization’s goals around a shared sense of work and responsibility and a confidence in the organization’s mission.
As a retention strategy, it is important for leaders to understand how to include Millennials in an environment where there are different mindsets and values. One valuable tool is understanding how to recognize and reward people for their contributions by tailoring recognition programs. Building your culture on the shared needs of the multi-generational workforce will lead to a solid foundation that can encourage continued growth and productivity.
