The Profitable Business Roadmap Workshop
Finally an event that will give you the knowledge you need to grow your business and an actual plan to implement in each area of your business before you leave.
This hands-on workshop will be taught by our very own CEO and Director of Strategic Marketing, Jennifer Hernandez. This workshop has been broken down into six important foundational areas that all businesses need to understand and effectively focus on in order to create a consistent flow of new customers and brand exposure.
Each session will be formatted to teach attendees about the subject and then time to work one-on-one with Jennifer to build out their own customized strategy.

9AM - 10AM | Making Your Website Work for YOU!
Session 1: In this session attendees will learn the most important components that their website needs to generate business consistently. These key elements, once implemented, will increase capturing the attention of website visitors, boost the chances of a website visitor engaging with their brand and strategically increase search engine rankings effectively.
10AM - 11AM | Social Media Marketing Made Easy
Session 2: In this session attendees will learn and create their own customized social media strategy for their business. They will also learn time saving techniques to create social media consistently, types of content that your audiences wants to see and resources to help you get the job done easy!
11AM - 12PM | Converting Customers with Emails
Session 3: In this session attendees will learn creative ways to continue the conversation with your prospective customers via email, learn proven content that will convert them into customers and best practices on email communications. By the end of this session attendees will have a customized email marketing plan specific to their very own business to implement right away.
12PM - 1PM | Lunch
This is a free time where attendees can enjoy a break and connect with other business owners. A delicious lunch will be provided from Nuestra to all attendees.
1PM - 2PM | Building Your Lead List
Session 4: In this session attendees will learn how to build a quality lead list to keep you booked and busy. On average it takes potential customers to see your more than 7x before actually contacting you or buying from you. By the end of this session attendees will have their own customized plan on creative ways they can build their lead list every week.
3PM - 4PM | Increasing Your Sales with Referral Relationships
Session 5: In this session we will talk about the power of collaborating and networking to grow your business. By the end of this session attendees will have a complete worksheet highlighting who their potential referral relationships should be and what are your next steps to turn those relationships into an automatic lead generation funnel.
4PM - 5PM | Learning to Analyze Your Monthly Results
Session 6: In this session we will learn how to look at the monthly data of your business and show you what metrics are really important! Understanding how your business is performing lets you make educated decisions for the future. By the end of this session attendees will learn how to analyze their monthly performance and have a fillable Monthly Performance template to bring home to use in their very own business.
