The Challenge
HR and operations leaders are constantly asked to solve difficult workforce problems: turnover, absenteeism, recruiting, benefits utilization and especially early 90-day retention challenges. Organizations are under competitive pressure to quickly move from identifying a problem to implementing a solution, without testing the assumptions.
 
Leaders are flooded with new tools and point solutions that do not always deliver expected results. Piloting helps MA employers learn what actually works, avoid wasted spend, and make smarter workforce decisions.

Attendees learn how to apply entrepreneurial pilot testing to workforce challenges using a simple testing framework. The approach asks: What do we need to know before investing in a solution and what’s the fastest, least expensive way to learn it?
