Ashley Johnson
Salon Exquisite
Owner, Ashley Johnson, believes that customer satisfaction and ongoing education were the keys to her early success. During her first eight years working as a stylist, Ashley dreamed of working in a salon that strived not only to meet the client’s expectations, but to exceed them. That dream, mingled with Ashley’s spunk and charisma, resulted in the creation of Salon Exquisite. Here, Ashley intends to provide clients with a professional, welcoming environment and to only employ stylists who share the same dreams and ambitions. In order to consistently provide her clients with a style they love, Ashley continues to educate herself in the latest trends and techniques.

I am most proud of my ability to connect people to services, create relationships, and foster conversation between diverse constituencies. I do so with the full knowledge that I am a work in progress and do not have to have all the answers but have to respect those who have paved the way to even have the questions raised. I realize that a win-win solution is always the best solution and when that is not possible I must work to find the next best solution.
