Part-time Office Manager

Metro West MA firm offering expert accounting and bookkeeping services seeking an Office Manager

Hours/Schedule: 12hr/week; consistent schedule; suggested three 4-hour days 

Benefits: Company does not offer benefits for part-time or contract positions.

Job Type: Contract

Location Requirements: Hybrid (at least 2 hours per week in Framingham office)

Rate: $30/hour

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage office support team
  • Complete or delegate company tasks and monitor their execution by stated deadlines
  • Biweekly payroll administration and certain HR tasks (e.g., distribute benefit notices or company news)
  • Weekly bank deposits
  • Coordinate team meetings/gatherings
  • Organize and maintain company records (primarily electronic)
  • Coordinate with company service providers and vendors
  • Act as administrative assistant to partners as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Responsive to client / team needs
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent logic skills
  • Quick learner
