CONTRACT COMPLIANCE OFFICER PURCHASING CITY OF WORCESTER   The City of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Contract Compliance Officer (CCO) for the Purchasing Division in the Department of Administration and Finance. Under the direction of the Purchasing Agent, the position is responsible for the oversight and administration of the City’s contract compliance programs as they pertain to public construction projects and the associated Bid Invitations, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests
