5th Annual Oriol Foundation Health & Wellness Expo – Free Community Event

The Oriol Foundation invites the community to the 5th Annual Health & Wellness Expo, a free event designed to connect residents with health and wellness resources across the Wachusett Region and surrounding towns.

Visitors will enjoy a day of learning, connection, and support, with opportunities to meet local vendors, discover helpful programs, and hear from expert speakers on topics that matter to families, caregivers, and individuals of all ages.

Featured Speakers

• Dr. Donna Bartlett – MedStrong: Shed Your Meds for a Better, Healthier You (safe medication use and strategies for healthier living)

• Rev. Joelle Johns – Navigating Hard Conversations and Tough Choices (guidance for important life and care decisions)

• Pamela Reidy – Preserving Your Legacy: Writing for Healing and Remembrance (the role of obituaries, eulogies, memorial services, and ethical wills)

• Julie McMurray (Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH) – The Impact of Alzheimer’s in Our Community (understanding Alzheimer’s and strengthening community support)
