Communication is important but often taken for granted. All of us have been babbling since the moment we were born. As adults, it's only when we stumble in our efforts to communicate, or are exposed to an individual who is having difficulty communicating with us, do we begin to understand the complexity of the process.
This one-hour seminar will explore:
-the problems/issues you currently face regarding communication in your organization;
-the relevance of communication in business;
-the components of communication, including the process, modes, obstacles and strategies;
-the "used car" concept as it applies to company employees; and,
-your role in addressing all the issues identified.
