"At Veterans Support Services, our mission is to provide a friendly and supportive environment for veterans, guiding them to access education, direct them to state and federal benefits, and offer free programs aimed at enhancing their well-being in areas such as community, mental health, medical support, and housing."
Veterans Support Services was founded in 2025 by Julio Zayas, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to supporting fellow veterans. Julio's personal experience and understanding of the challenges veterans face led to the creation of a compassionate, veteran-focused initiative.
