Building Evolution is looking for a team member with:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings.
- Certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Homse.
- Performing take-offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems.
- Performing on-site inspections and testing, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling software. Experience with eQuest, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, WUFI, and THERM a plus.
