About Us

Since 1972, My Choice Programs has provided high-quality services that enable individuals to live independently in the least restrictive environment. Today, we provide professional coaching for individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or who are on the autism spectrum, so that they can make meaningful decisions, speak out for themselves and others, take risks, generate ideas and expand their thinking about their life, needs and services.

We provide residential placement in a shared living arrangement, employment, and various support services to individuals with an intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, or autism.
